When writing papers, many different writers use several different techniques. Writing processes vary depending on the writer. It is always good to have a consistent writing process for all works. Before doing any kind of work, a writer should have a clear idea of what is going to be the purpose of your paper. Taking notes is very helpful and useful when writing because you are able to brainstorm freely. After taking down your notes, you are able to create an outline for your paper; an outline allows you to stay on topic when writing your paper and allows your paper to be very organized. When writing a paper, it is essential to have a writing process or method because it allows your paper to be more organized.
Free writing and taking notes can be very helpful when writing a paper. When writing notes, a writer is able to write down all ideas that come to mind. Writing notes also allows the writer to be informal and freely brainstorm their ideas. Writing down notes and ideas that come to mind should be a writer’s first approach at a topic. When writing ideas, a writer can also obtain a clear idea of the audience that they want to approach. In my last essay, Introductory Essay, my audience was set for people that are learning a new language because it can be a struggle at times specially when also dealing with a new environment and a new culture. Sometimes, the ideas a writer has written down in their notes could be utilized when writing their essay, but some ideas are not talked about in their essay. After taking down notes and ideas, a writer should organize their information. When all the information is gathered and all the ideas and thoughts are written down, then go on and organize all information.
After having ideas written down, a writer can organize them and put them in order that their wish to utilize them. Put them in order and also put ideas where they belong and connect them to other ideas as well. As soon as I have all my ideas, thoughts and research in order then I go and start with my first draft. Writing a first draft is very important because after writing one, a writer will recognize mistakes that they are able to correct for the final paper. A draft can also be helpful in the way that a writer can have other people read it and make suggestions about your paper. Suggestions from other writers is something is needed and is very essential because you want to see how other people feel about certain things being said in certain ways.
Once a first draft is done and a writer had someone read over it then they can move on to a final draft. The first draft should be read by different people so the writer can get feedback about his writing. While writing a final draft, the writer’s stance should be clear enough for the audience to understand it. In my last essay, the stance used was from someone who struggled to learn a new language and get used to a new environment and a different culture. In the final draft, all points should be clear for the audience to understand and no errors should be made. A writing process should make the writing experience much easier.
A writing process can very helpful for a writer, it can make things easier for a writer. Writing your ideas down and then organizing them is something very helpful when it comes to writing a paper. Also, writing many drafts can be very helpful. In drafts a writer can detect errors and also, some different ideas or changes might come to mind. A writing process has a lot of advantages for writers, which makes the writing easier for them. Doing an essay step by step, is better than just going straight to the writing. Some advantages of writing step by step is that you can thoroughly process the details needed for every paragraph, so that your writing comes to be clearer and more understandable to the reader.
